Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original condition.
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner will not qualify for a return.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Submit a Request
Send your return request by email along with your Order ID and the reason for return to nextronixsystems1@gmail.com.
Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs showing the issue to help speed up the review process.
Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the instructions required to complete the return process.
We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not comply with our return guidelines.
Refund Process & Timeline
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return requirements. You will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Partial Refund Guidelines
In situations where an item only partially meets the return conditions (for example, minor damage or missing packaging), we may provide a partial refund at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
