Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after the product has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
At present, we do not allow modifications to items or addresses once an order has been placed. If needed, you will have to cancel the order (if it is eligible for cancellation) and place a new order.
